Planned giving can often seem complicated to both donors and nonprofits. For donors, education is an important component to learning how they can match their charitable intentions with their estate plans. Nonprofit organizations are faced with the challenge of identifying those who may support their missions with planned gifts and provide them with the details they need to choose the right planned giving vehicle. For both large and small nonprofits, and for donors and prospects, the Internet is increasingly becoming both a strong marketing tool for planned giving and a great resource for information.
